About Adam

Adam is a Manchester Metropolitan University graduate (First Class Honours), and also holds a Level 3 ARLA qualification in Residential Lettings and Property Management.

Adam has a hands on approach in the business, and will likely be the first person you speak to when you get in touch. He's always happy to speak to landlords, and answer any questions they may have!

When he's not working, Adam enjoys watching sports (American Football and Cricket, mainly), going to the gym and planning his next holiday to Corfu.

Alice is a Sheffield Hallam University graduate (First Class Honours), and came straight into the property industry after she graduated.

Alice excels in finding great quality tenants, and achieving the highest rental value for the properties she manages.

On her weekends, Alice loves going to car boots and charity shops to find bargains! To celebrate her best purchases, she treats herself to her favourite takeaway, Domino’s.

When your property needs maintenance or repairs, we will source local contractors to complete the work. The price you pay will be the price the contractor changes us. Polkadot Lettings will never charge you commission.

We pride ourselves on our Full Management service being hassle-free, so we'll only contact you when it's necessary. However, if you need to speak to your property manager, you can do so 7 days a week. All emails are responded to on the same day they're sent.
